Award winning Can You Experience is a refreshingly inspired clan of superb outdoor activity instructors helping you have fun, whatever you want to do. Qualified guide accompanies you at all times. All activities are organised from their base at Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch.

Watersports include paddle boarding, katakanus, sit-on kayaks, rib rides and pedalos.

Other activities include power kiting, abseiling, segway safaris, air rifle shooting, and gorge walking.

Unaccompanied children are welcome on trips. Can You Experience are registered with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority which regulates safety standards of establishments offering outdoor activities in the UK.

Paddle Boarding: For a truly unforgettable Loch Lomond Experience, try stand-up paddle boarding! Can You Experience’s sheltered lagoon is the ideal base to try this fantastic, exhilarating water sport. With safety boat cover on hand and breathtaking Loch Lomond views guaranteed, this is a wonderful outdoor activity that will leave you wanting to go back for more. Just £17 for a 1 hour hire or £49 for the full day. Paddle boards are available daily from 10am – 5.30pm during the school summer holidays in July and August. Booking not required, boards are hired out on a first come, first served basis. It is advisable to call prior to arrival to guarantee availability as the boards are weather dependent. Find out more.

Katakanus: Paddle in teams in catamaran style canoes – work together, competing against other teams in a number of thrilling heats. Which team can design, build and float best raft with just ropes, poles and barrells? Finish off with an exhilarating rib boat ride – blow away all the cobwebs while taking in some fabulous Loch Lomond scenery. Included: canoeing, raft building and rib boat ride. 3 hours duration. Sit-on Kayaking: Head out on the loch from a stunning sheltered bay on the beach at Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch. Boats can be hired for either ½ hour, 1 hour, 4 hours or 7 hours. Single and double kayaks available. 30 minutes: £12, 1 hour: £17, 4 hours: £40, up to 7 hours: £60. Open everyday between Easter and October from 10am to 5.30pm. Abseil & Canoe: Descend a cliff face on one of Loch Lomond’s islands. Paddle in catamaran style canoes from the east shore at Balmaha to the island where you scale down a cliff face before a relaxed paddle back to shore. What an experience! Hire a self-drive motor-boat: Explore the waters of Loch Lomond under your own steam. Can You Experience have a fleet of safe, stable and fun Jeanneau cap 400 boats with low emission engines that can carry up to 4 passengers. All safety equipment and instruction is provided.
