A large comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove, elegant dining room also with wood burning stove, and spacious country kitchen with range cooker comprise the main rooms of the house. A fully equipped laundry / drying room, complete with Sheila Maid clothes airer, guarantees that all your wet gear will be dry by morning. The House

4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and a cot. The house accommodates up to 10, plus an infant.
Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, twin room with 2 guest beds. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and stunning loch views. Family sized double with loch views (and cot), and double bedroom.
Family bathroom with roll top bath, shower and wc, 2 en-suite shower rooms, and separate wc.
Fully equipped kitchen with Smeg dual fuel range cooker and everything you could need to cater for a large houseful. A central table makes it the sociable hub of the house.

Utility room adjoining kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and sheila maid clothes airer.

The Gardens

The house stands in an elevated position overlooking Loch Long and the Arrochar Alps beyond, with large private Cialis online gardens of mature shrubs, trees and lawns.
An enclosed patio and lawned garden area leads off from the games room, with large table and benches, chairs, and a bbq.
The large sloping front lawn, surrounded by rhododendrons (perfect for hide and seek), leads down to a quiet road, which separates the house from the beach and Loch Long.

A burn runs down beside the house and out into the Loch.
The pebbled beach on the shores of Loch long is accessible from steps across the quiet road at the end of the garden. The Loch is tidal, and retreats far out at low tide revealing mussel beds. A range of sea birds and seals can be seen from the end of the garden.
Private parking can easily accommodate five cars.
